For your convenience here is sample language that addresses
the installment sale. You may consider inserting
similar language into the buy / sell agreement:
“The Buyer agrees to pay the Seller a portion of the
consideration for this sale, in future periodic payments
via an Installment Sale.
Buyer is obligated to make ___ equal annual installment
payments to Seller in the amount of ________, commencing
on ____________ and continuing annually until and
including ____________.”
